Junior Growth Marketer

Creaeza is a fast-growing digital marketing and web development agency focused on building scalable client acquisition systems.

We don’t do basic internships.
We build operators.

You’ll work directly with the founder, learn real outbound systems, and if you perform, transition into a full-time role with growth toward leadership and profit-sharing.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just “do marketing.” You’ll help build a client acquisition engine.

• Research and identify high-value B2B prospects using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn
• Build targeted lead lists based on industry, role, and intent
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate personalized outreach messages
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Maintain clean and structured CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent)
• Track campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
• Optimize messaging and targeting based on results
• Assist in building SOPs and repeatable marketing systems

Core Qualities

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn fast
• Ability to think in systems and processes
• Attention to detail (especially with data and CRM work)
• Clear and professional written English
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and writing
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Bonus (Not Required, But Powerful)

• Experience with lead generation or outreach
• Understanding of cold email strategy
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of copywriting

Training & Growth

• 15 days of hands-on training with real workflows
• Learn outbound systems used by growing agencies

Compensation

• Monthly stipend (internship phase)
• Performance-based commissions on closed deals
• Fast-track to full-time role (Base + Commission)
