About the Role

Digital Motives is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our in-office team in B-17, Islamabad. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to grow in the digital marketing and tech services industry.

This role offers a basic monthly salary of PKR 20,000 plus an attractive commission structure — meaning your earning potential is unlimited!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to businesses needing:

- Social Media Management
- Website Development
- Online Marketing & Promotion Services

• Prospect and generate leads through:

- Cold Calling
- Email Outreach
- Social Media & Networking

• Present and sell services to clients (local & international)
• Follow up, build strong client relationships, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends to pitch effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Good understanding of digital marketing and online services
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Experience with international clients is preferred

Compensation

• Basic Salary: PKR 20,000/month
• Commission: High earning potential based on performance
• Commission structure will be discussed in the interview
