WFM/ Sales Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical WFM/Sales Analyst to join our team in the consumer products sector. This role is critical in supporting our sales operations through effective campaign management and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office, and experience working with outbound diallers and reporting tools.

Key. Accountabilities:

Administer outbound dialler operations, including uploading and scheduling campaigns under direction of the Onshore CX team

Monitor dialler performance and extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.

Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, team performance, and KPIs.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.

Provide regular and ad hoc reporting support to leadership.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a Sales Analyst or similar role within a call center or sales-driven environment.

Strong experience with outbound dialler systems (e.g., Noble, Genesys, Avaya, etc.).

Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
