Manager (Luxury)

Location: Middle East (with international market responsibilities)

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

Direct Reports: 1 Wholesale Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Distribution Manager to lead and

grow the wholesale business for our portfolio of luxury brands. The role will oversee both

the Middle East market for select brands and the international market for others. The

Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships with key

wholesale clients, expanding distribution channels, and ensuring operational excellence in

line with the standards of luxury retail.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded leader with strong market knowledge and

a passion for building brands in competitive, high-end environments. The position will be

supported by one Wholesale Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute the wholesale distribution strategy for luxury brands in the

Middle East and international markets.

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new wholesale partners, department stores, and multi-brand

retailers.

  • Expand market presence by opening new accounts in strategic locations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and annual agreements with wholesale partners.

Account Management & Partnerships

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and

long-term loyalty.

  • Partner with clients to optimize sell-through, merchandising, and seasonal buys.
  • Provide training, product knowledge, and brand storytelling to wholesale partners.

Brand & Market Strategy

  • Ensure each brand is represented in line with its global positioning, luxury standards,

and image guidelines.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with brand principals and HQs to align on assortments, pricing strategies,

and distribution guidelines.

Operations & Coordination

  • Oversee seasonal order management, deliveries, and after-sales service, with the

support of the Wholesale Coordinator.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports, forecasts, and insights to

management.

  • Work closely with logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing,

and collection.

  • Manage showroom presentations and seasonal sales campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ wholesale/distribution experience in the luxury fashion,

beauty, or lifestyle industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the Middle East luxury retail market; international wholesale

experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in developing new markets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
