Wholesale Manager Upper Egypt & Touristic Areas

The Wholesale Manager has the overall responsibility for building trusted relationship with the Distribution partner to deliver sales and distribution objectives through horizontal growth (expansions and numeric distribution) and vertical growth (volume per outlet). He/She is also in charge of building a strategic partnership with the wholesalers' network ensuring Red Bull's key plans and initiatives are met to improve KPIs and gain competitive advantage within the category in Upper Egypt & Touristic Areas region.

Expand all

  • Territory Management

    • Deliver business plan volume and distribution targets for the assigned region.
    • Manage and control indirect distribution through our wholesale network.
    • Monitor and manage wholesalers stocks.
    • Monitor and control market price ensuring pricing compliance.
  • Strategy & Planning

    • Constant review of RTM business model in accordance with market dynamics.
    • Implement wholesale loyalty programs and initiatives in his/her assigned region.
    • Seek new business opportunities arising in different sub-channels.
    • Lead and develop the value chain for Delta region and ensure the DP has ROI mindset.
    • Execution excellence initiatives via wholesale activation plans and relevant POS.
  • Sales Management & Leadership

    • Tracking Distribution Partner's team performance and actively developing the team to reach their targets through continuous coaching and trainings.
    • Actively develop and maintain relationship with customers.
    • Ensuring win-win relationship with the trade.
  • Reporting

    • Report competition activities and recommending action plans.
    • Ensure updated territory database and segmentation.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG business leading sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (Wholesale experience preferred).
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate distribution partners.
  • Strategic thinker with growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Travel 60-70%
