Woman for Outdoor Sales

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving new business by promoting our premium water products and delivery services to residential and commercial clients. This is a field-based position requiring daily travel to meet prospective customers, demonstrate our value, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and visit potential customers (offices, gyms, schools, and residential complexes) to introduce water solutions.
  • Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door or business-to-business (B2B) presentations to secure new service contracts and product orders.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and referrals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on competitor pricing and local market trends to position our products effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales targets, and customer feedback using our CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Prior experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, or the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build instant trust.
  • Resilience: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally while remaining focused on targets.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfort working outdoors and traveling between various locations throughout the day.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Access to a personal vehicle may be required depending on the territory.
