Compensation is strong. The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, depending on the value you demonstrate in the interview process, with an at-plan commission of $60,000, bringing first-year total compensation to around $190,000. Top performers are earning well above this, including several reps over $200,000 annually and one currently exceeding $320,000.

We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Representative to expand my client’s women’s health footprint across Colorado. This is a true expansion territory with significant growth potential. The Sales Representative will call on physicians, clinic administrators, and healthcare groups to promote a comprehensive women’s health diagnostic portfolio and support seamless integration into patient care pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare decision-makers.

Clearly communicate the clinical and economic value of women’s health testing solutions.

Provide educational and consultative support to drive test adoption, utilization, and account growth.

Partner closely with internal teams (client services, laboratory operations, marketing) to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and territory objectives.

Identify, open, and onboard new healthcare practices to further expand the organization’s national women’s health footprint.
