At PCI, we love helping churches launch and grow through creative, portable solutions that make ministry possible anywhere. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Team Member who’s passionate about making a difference, enjoys hands-on work, and has some woodworking know-how.

About the Role

The Manufacturing Team role is fast paced, multi-faceted and includes a wide-range of tasks specifically including carpeting, hardwaring and shelving of custom built cases.

What You'll Do

• Wood Shop Case Assembly
• Use of table saws
• Use of chop saws
• Use of staple gun
• Hardwiring
• Use of utility knife
• Use of cordless drills
• Use of measuring tape
• Shelving of custom-built cases
• Reading/Interpreting/Following shelf diagrams
• Putting wood pieces on a panel saw
• Light lifting of wood pieces and materials

Secondary

• Additional responsibilities as company needs vary

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge and comfort using power tools
• Experience using tape measures
• Ability to work autonomously while complimenting the manufacturing team's flow, environment, and setting
• Ability to achieve daily benchmarks and production goals with a positive work ethic, attitude, and ability
• Light industrial experience preferred
• High school diploma or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
