Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our Jacksonville office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling workers’ compensation cases, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Provide sound legal advice and representation to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Stay current on Florida workers’ compensation laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• 2–5 years of experience in workers’ compensation law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
