Workers Compensation Case Manager (1+ years Experience and Spanish Speaking Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management:
• Assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor the medical services and treatment plans for injured workers.
• Serve as a liaison between injured workers, employers, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
• Maintain regular communication with all parties to ensure smooth progress and resolution of claims.
• Claims Coordination:
• Review medical records and claims documentation to evaluate the extent of injuries and treatment needs.
• Monitor claim progression and treatment milestones to ensure adherence to guidelines and cost containment.
• Coordinate Qualified Medical Exams (QMEs).
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case notes, reports, and documentation in case management software.
