Workers' Compensation Counsel

This is an URGENT need - Immediate HIre!!

Location: Must be able to work Hybrid in the following cities in California: Long Beach, Oakland, San Francisco, Agoura Hills, San Jose, Sacramento, San Diego, Orange County, San Bernardino, Fresno, & Encino.

Responsibilities

• Responsible litigation matters for wages and worker comp issues
• Class actions cases
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Assist with compliance related to labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client representation.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State License
• Worker's compensation experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients and a strong understanding of technology and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
