Workflow Trainee

Location: Karachi (On-site)
Shift: Rotational (Monthly)

Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Workflow Trainees. This role involves supporting healthcare workflow operations to ensure timely, accurate reporting and effective communication with physicians and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing case routing based on priority, schedules, and assigned expertise
• Monitor workflow software to help meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements
• Support communication with physicians and clients via calls and emails
• Coordinate with technical teams to report and follow up on software-related issues
• Assist in smooth shift handovers and maintain accurate workflow reports

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate education (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: From Rs65,000.00 per month
