Responsibilities:
- Serve as receptionist, which includes answering phones, taking messages, and greeting and assisting students and other visitors as they enter the suite

Provide office support including typing, data entry, copying, faxing, filing, and other support as needed

Maintain inventory of office supplies

Restock beverages and coffee

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
This position requires the ability to exercise good judgment and excellent oral and written communication skills. Office experience is preferred.
