About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workplace Analyst to lead our events and hospitality operations. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional workplace experiences through seamless event execution and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in events management and a passion for creating engaging and welcoming environments.
What You'll Do

Plan, coordinate and execute employee and customer events, workshops and off sites.

Liaise with vendors, hotels and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of catering, logistics, and guest services.

Manage event calendars, budgets and post-event evaluations.

Ensure all events align with brand standards and workplace culture.

Maintain the Office Reception and Community Areas, ensuring they are welcoming, well-stocked and reflective of company values. Assist in planning meal menus and snack offerings.

Provide backup support to the receptionist during busy periods, lunch breaks or absences to ensure uninterrupted front desk operations. This includes greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, parking requests and assisting with facilities requests as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer visits, town halls and employee engagement initiatives.

Track and report on event metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Hospitality or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment or the hotel/events industry.

Good knowledge of corporate event venues in and around Riyadh.

Strong network with local vendors, hotels, and service providers.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
