Job Overview

We are looking for a Workplace Culture & Facilities Officer to ensure a disciplined, professional, and well-maintained office environment. This role focuses on promoting workplace culture, supervising facilities operations, and training support staff (sweepers and office boys) on proper work practices, cleanliness standards, and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Train, guide, and supervise sweepers and office boys on assigned duties, hygiene standards, and workplace behavior
  • Define, monitor, and improve daily work routines for support staff
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin teams on discipline, attendance, and performance matters
  • Implement and monitor basic SOPs for support staff operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace hygiene protocols
  • Report observations, gaps, and improvement recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is Mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or workplace supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage, train, and supervise non-technical staff
  • Understanding of workplace discipline and professional standards
