Workplace Experience Associate

We’re seeking a proactive and service-driven Office Services Associate to help deliver a seamless, high-quality workplace experience. In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily operations—supporting mail services, meeting coordination, office upkeep, and client-facing interactions. Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: 9am-6pm

Pay: $28-$29


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of Mail Services and Office Support, ensuring timely and accurate handling of deliveries, shipments, and internal distribution
  • Coordinate conference room and office setups for meetings, events, and visiting professionals—ensuring spaces are fully prepared and reset to high standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment, including kitchens, supply areas, and shared spaces
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and building services, assisting with deliveries, repairs, and ongoing maintenance needs
  • Assist with printing, scanning, binding, and light administrative projects to support business operations
  • Provide backup support at reception and assist with general office needs as they arise
  • Deliver exceptional client service by assisting with requests, including food deliveries, materials handling, and general support

Operational Support & Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, and courier services
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and distribution of office supplies to ensure teams are fully equipped
  • Perform regular inspections of office equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Support meeting logistics, including audio/visual setup and breakdown
  • Assist with office moves, workspace setup, and light facilities-related projects
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the office is operating smoothly and maintained to high standards
