Workshop Coordinator (Luxury Vehicles)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off, manage workshop schedules, and monitor repair timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage vehicle intake processes, document client concerns, and track vehicle movements in workshop
• Maintain accurate job cards, service logs, parts usage records, and internal documentation. .
• Ensure the workshop adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling, monitoring attendance, timesheets, and team coordination
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manages the workshop floor, including job card flow, parts coordination, team supervision, quality checks, and final delivery
• Oversee and ensure clean and safe working environments, adhering to protocols.
• Liaise with recovery or logistics teams for smooth vehicle transfer operations .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Min: 4+ Years experience in Automobile Luxury Brand Car Dealership in UAE
