Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and monitoring of department-specific policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently followed to drive operational success.
  • Track and report on department performance, aligning with departmental KPIs, and ensuring that goals are achieved in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor and assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that align with both operational efficiency and departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to execute strategic projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Support budget management, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively, cost-saving opportunities are identified, and the section and department stays within its financial parameters.
  • Spearhead the setup, upgrade, and continuous improvement of regional workshop infrastructure, machinery, and equipment in coordination with internal departments to ensure operational readiness and long-term efficiency.
  • Drive the standardization of workshop setups, spare parts inventory, tools, maintenance processes, and service protocols across all regional facilities ensuring uniform quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Spearhead the identification, evaluation, and integration of innovative and sustainable vehicle, equipment, and service solutions, leveraging advancements in technology, alternative fuels, and eco-efficient designs to enhance operational performance, reduce environmental impact, and position the organization as a market leader in sustainable fleet operations.
  • Evaluate and endorse technical specifications and functional requirements for new machinery, equipment, and tooling in coordination with the Procurement and Technology & Digital teams to ensure suitability for operational demands.
  • Review recurring and complex vehicle and equipment issues, assess root cause findings, and validate corrective action plans in coordination with workshop teams and technical experts to minimize downtime and prevent repeat failures.
  • Review root cause analysis of major incidents, accidents, and recurring maintenance issues and coordinate with the Tadweer Group Legal Department to support resolution, claims, or compliance actions.
  • Review and approve job card workflows, manpower deployment, and task scheduling across workshop teams to optimize resource utilization and ensure timely turnaround of repair and maintenance tasks.
