Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Workshop Mechanical Supervisor to join our textile manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical maintenance activities of power looms and related equipment to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the mechanical maintenance team in daily operations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, especially power looms.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot, and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements to enhance machine performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setup, preferably in textile manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in power loom maintenance and repair.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of textile machinery.
• Diploma/DAE in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
