Mechanical Foreman ( Kotri Hyderabad)

We are seeking a Mechanical Foreman to oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance and operations of extrusion and recycling machinery. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of extruders, screws, gearboxes, pneumatic valves, and related mechanical systems used in plastic recycling.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out mechanical maintenance, repair, and servicing of recycling and extrusion machines.

• Ensure proper installation, alignment, and functioning of extruder screws, barrels, and gearboxes.

• Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic valves, hydraulic systems, bearings, and couplings.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Production & Electrical teams to address breakdowns quickly.

• Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of critical mechanical parts.

• Train and guide technicians / helpers in proper machine handling and maintenance procedures.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with factory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: DAE in Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification).

• Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing / plastic extrusion / recycling plants.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Extruders, screws, and barrels

• Gearboxes and drives

• Pneumatic and hydraulic valves

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and implement modifications where required.

• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
