Workshop Supervisor – Auto Garage (Al Qusais, Dubai)

We’re looking for a Workshop Supervisor who can lead technicians, ensure quality, and confidently communicate with customers about technical work.

Your Role:

• Manage job allocation and monitor daily workshop operations
• Coordinate with Service Advisor on customer complaints, parts & estimates
• Communicate directly with customers for technical clarifications, job status & delivery
• Verify repair quality through inspections & test drives
• Guide mechanics & electricians with problem-solving and training
• Maintain cleanliness, safety & system updates on WhatsApp group
• Handle escalations & ensure timely completion of all jobs

You Must Have:

• 3–5 years experience in a garage or dealership (UAE preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical)
• Confident communicator with customers & team
• Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic/Tagalog a plus)
• Organized, responsible & capable of handling pressure
