Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE
Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support ROV Technicians with maintenance and repair works.
• MaintainROV workshop inventory levels and sound alerts on low inventories.
• Perform physical count of inventory and perform reconciliation with actual available stock
• Update computerised inventory systems.
• Prepare for the replenishment of stock internally between locations.
• Maintain stock rotation and ensure disposing off of any outdated or expired stock.
• Update inventory records with new information on a constant basis
• Investigate inventory errors and perform corrective measures.
• Detect stock shortage by maintaining accurate inventory.
• Prepare spares request form vessel using available inventory.
• Maintain inventory management records on a consistent basis.
• Inform supervisor when need for inventory review arises.
• Assist with packing and preparing equipment for mobilisation.
• Loading and unloading of materials.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
