Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Benefit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate benefits information
- Assist in the development and implementation of benefit policies and procedures
- Handle benefit inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct research on benefit plans and vendors to recommend improvements
- Support employee relations initiatives related to benefits
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and negotiate contracts as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Benefit Specialist or similar role is appreciated but not required
- Strong knowledge of benefit programs including healthcare, retirement plans, and Medicare

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
