Job Description - Worldwide Regional Account Executive – Oil & Gas (KSA)


Job Summary

The Worldwide Regional Account Executive is responsible for driving enterprise‑level sales growth through strategic account development, customer acquisition and retention, and end‑to‑end sales execution. This role focuses on large, complex EG/ER customers, including pre‑sales, pricing and proposal development, account activation, post‑sales engagement, and ongoing competition monitoring to ensure sustainable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional enterprise account strategies aligned with divisional and corporate growth objectives
  • Own end‑to‑end sales lifecycle including prospecting, customer acquisition, pricing strategy, proposal creation, and contract negotiations
  • Act as subject matter expert on complex enterprise solutions, supporting customers with tailored, value‑driven solutions
  • Lead and participate in enterprise sales calls, customer presentations, and executive‑level negotiations
  • Manage account activation and post‑sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across pre‑sales, operations, and pricing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends within the Oil & Gas sector to inform sales strategies and positioning
  • Support or lead strategic projects by applying technical and commercial expertise
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management through analysis and interpretation of complex market and customer data


Qualifications & Experience (Preferred)

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise or regional account sales , preferably within Energy, Oil & Gas, or logistics‑led solutions
  • Experience managing large EG/ER customers across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Experience working in or managing accounts within the KSA / MEISA region is strongly preferred
