WPS Onboarding Promoters

We are looking for enthusiastic WPS Onboarding Promoters to join the e& money team. In this role, you will help drive awareness and adoption of the e& money app by assisting blue-collar workers in registering for salary disbursement services (WPS and V-IBAN). You will play a key role in supporting outreach campaigns, providing guidance on app usage, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.

Responsibilities

• Educate workers on how to download, register, and use the e& money mobile app.
• Explain product benefits including salary transfer (WPS), V-IBAN, and prepaid card features.
• Handle basic customer questions and direct unresolved issues to the call center or supervisors.
• Record onboarding activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Actively participate in field promotions, awareness drives, and campaign activities.
• Collaborate with e& money internal teams and channel partners for campaign execution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of field promotion, sales, or fintech experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile apps, fintech solutions, or digital onboarding.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to send professional emails and maintain basic reporting.
