Healing Temple Dr Arhat Homoeo Clinic has vacancy for Yoga Trainor to work with a team of dietitian s and doctors on patients with various illness through therapeutic yoga.

Working Structure:

• Yoga sessions conducted outside OPD hours
• Mode: Offline (at clinic) & Online (virtual platforms)

Job Summary:

The Yoga Trainer will be responsible for conducting offline and online yoga sessions as per clinic-approved protocols. The trainer will work in coordination with the doctor to deliver safe, structured, and progressive yoga programs for therapeutic and wellness purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct offline yoga sessions (individual and batch) at the clinic.
• Deliver online yoga sessions through approved digital platforms.
• Follow doctor-prescribed and clinic-approved yoga protocols.
• Assess participant limitations, posture alignment, and contraindications.
• Ensure correct posture, breathing, and safety during sessions.
• Monitor participant progress, response, and adherence.
• Modify and advance yoga practices gradually based on patient response and medical guidance.
• Maintain attendance records and basic progress notes.
• Educate participants on breathing techniques, relaxation, and basic lifestyle discipline.
• Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Certification/Diploma/Degree in Yoga (Therapeutic Yoga preferred)
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and contraindications
• Comfort with conducting online sessions
