Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate youth sports programs for children ages 2–14 (SuperTots ages 2-4 and Skyhawks 5-14)
  • Teach foundational sports skills and core life skills (respect, teamwork, inclusion, leadership, sportsmanship)
  • Create safe, structured, and engaging learning environments
  • Supervise participants and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
  • Collaborate with fellow coaches and management to deliver high-quality programming
  • Serve as a positive role model and organizational ambassador

Positions Available

We’re hiring coaches for: Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Field Hockey, Flag Football, Flag Rugby, Golf, Lacrosse, Pickleball, Soccer, Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball– We prefer all coaches, coach two or more sports!

Employment Details

Type: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: Minimum wage up to $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

  • Morning (8am–1pm)
  • Afternoon (12pm–5pm)
  • Full day (8am–5pm)
  • Possible weekends/evenings
  • Special events (optional but encouraged)

Mandatory Summer Training: 5/26/2026 – 5/29/2026 - Exact dates & times TBD

Locations: Work close to home! Programs throughout Aurora, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Golden, Westminster, Commerce City, Thornton, Broomfield, Boulder, Erie, Longmont, Frederick/Firestone, Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins, Greeley, Colorado Springs, Vail, Eagle, Edwards, Gunnison, Grand Junction , Durango, and locations in between.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience working with groups of children (beyond babysitting)
  • 1–2 years experience playing multiple sports
  • Driver’s License and Reliable transportation (must be able to drive to various parks and recreation centers in your community and carry sports equipment to programs daily)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to reliability
  • Must be 16 years old by date of hire.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 30 pounds
  • Run, stretch, and participate in all activities, drills and games
  • Be active and engaged throughout the day

Preferred: Coaching, teaching, or camp counseling experience.

*Company-paid background check and First Aid/CPR certification required upon hire.
