We are a growing digital media company focused on creating high-quality, engaging, and monetized YouTube content. We are looking for a talented YouTube Automation Specialist to help scale our channels efficiently using automation tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple YouTube channels and optimize content for growth.
• Implement YouTube automation tools to streamline content creation and publishing.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach.
• Schedule and publish videos using automation platforms.
• Monitor channel analytics, track performance, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Engage with audience comments and manage community interactions when required.
• Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with YouTube channel management and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keywords, and the YouTube algorithm.
• Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English.
