YouTube Growth Strategist / Channel Manager (US Media)

ABS International (Gulshan-e-Iqbal) is hiring a YouTube Growth Strategist for our In-House US Media Brands. We don't need a "Uploader." We need a Data-Driven Creative who knows why a video goes viral. If you know how to use MrBeast-style packaging (Thumbnails + Titles) to get clicks, we want you.

THE OFFER:

• Salary: Competitive Salary
• Tools: Paid access to TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Ahrefs.
• Budget: You will have a budget for thumbnail designers and editors.
• Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM).

YOUR MISSION:

• Packaging: Write "Clickbait" titles (that deliver) and design/brief High-CTR Thumbnails.
• Optimization: Master SEO (Tags, Descriptions, Cards) to rank on search.
• Analytics: Analyze Audience Retention graphs in YouTube Studio to fix drop-off points.
• Strategy: Plan content calendars based on US Search Trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1+ Year growing a YouTube Channel (Show us your results!).
• Tech: Deep knowledge of YouTube Studio, vidIQ, and Canva/Photoshop.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of Video Editing (Premiere/CapCut) is a huge plus.
• Passion: You watch YouTube more than Netflix.
