Position Overview

ABS International seeks an experienced YouTube SEO Specialist to drive overnight channel growth and content optimization. Lead our channel strategy, leverage advanced YouTube SEO techniques and analytics to maximize watch time and subscriber acquisition, and coordinate production across creative teams. This role is designed for data-driven digital marketers who understand YouTube's growth mechanisms and can deliver measurable channel results.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven content calendars aligned with audience trends and seasonal opportunities
• Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) and playlists for maximum search and suggested traffic using YouTube SEO best practices
• Design and implement thumbnail strategies with systematic A/B testing to improve CTR and viewer retention rates
• Analyze YouTube Analytics metrics (watch time, CTR, audience retention) and translate insights into actionable content improvements
• Manage end-to-end publishing workflow including upload optimization, chapters, end screens, cards, timestamps, and captioning
• Lead community engagement initiatives through strategic comment moderation, polls, pinned comments, and subscriber conversion tactics
• Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers to maintain brand consistency and production schedules
• Stay current with YouTube algorithm changes and emerging creator trends to implement continuous improvement strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing YouTube channels with demonstrable growth results (subscribers, watch time, CTR improvements)
• Proven expertise with video SEO, metadata optimization, and YouTube Analytics interpretation
• Hands-on experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and collaboration with editorial teams
• Practical experience with thumbnail design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and A/B testing methodologies
• Full availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) and on-site work in Karachi
• Strong communication and project management skills with experience using tools like Trello, Notion, or Slack

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with YouTube optimization tools (TubeBuddy, vidIQ, SEMrush YouTube tools) or Google Trends for content research
• Background in scaling brand channels with monetization, membership, or ad revenue experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or related field
