What you’ll do

• Lift discoverability & CTR: optimize titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, playlists.
• A/B test thumbnails/titles/CTAs to grow CTR and average view duration (AVD).
• Run keyword research (TubeBuddy/vidIQ/Trends); map content opportunity funnels.
• Build GA4 + YouTube dashboards; report weekly (CTR, AVD, watch time, subs).
• Brief editors on specs; ensure metadata-ready assets; track competitor moves.
• Mentor juniors; maintain and iterate channel playbooks.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years hands-on YouTube SEO / channel growth.
• Practical use of YouTube Studio + TubeBuddy or vidIQ.
• Data-driven testing mindset; you’ve run A/Bs and retention analyses.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (pivots) or basic SQL.
• Night-shift, on-site availability in Karachi.
• Portfolio links required (channels/dashboards) + one measurable result (e.g., “+30% CTR in 3 months”).
