Salary: PKR 37,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications & Competencies:

• B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Computer Science)
• 2–3 years of experience in core switching network/transmission (Fresh graduates may also apply)
• CCNA/CCNP Certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor power, hardware & environmental alarms
• Coordinate with OFAN & NOD field teams for fault rectification
• Monitor and close tickets with accurate cause codes
• Provide L3 support for hardware issues
• Report and resolve partial outages
• Analyze cable cuts and suggest preventive measures
• Ensure ring completion of MSAGs
• Manage ticketing process with vendors
• Ensure cable cut restorations per KPIs/SLAs
• Support fiber build-up for MSAGs/corporate/carrier link commissioning
• Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports
