About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Zoho CRM Intern to join our in-house team at our Faisal Town, Lahore office. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience in Zoho CRM customization, automation, and integration. You will work closely with our team to streamline communication workflows, implement bots, and enhance collaboration within the organization.

This is a 2-month internship with a monthly stipend, and high-performing candidates may be offered a permanent job at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and configuring Zoho CRM for internal teams
• Develop and customize bots, commands, and message actions
• Work on integrations with other Zoho apps (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects) and third-party tools
• Support automation of workflows to improve team productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho CRM-related issues
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features and best practices

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Deluge, or APIs (a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Good communication skills
• Must be available on-site in Faisal Town, Lahore
