Job Description

Position - Zonal Manager

Location - Delhi

Team Size - 1

Division - Channel Business Group (CBG)

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Drivethe Annual Business plan for Order Booking & Sales for the zone – acrossdifferent SBUs, across SME /Key large accounts in Industrial space.
  • Mentorand coach the team of sales engineers for building technical capability andsense of ownership and accountability for Order Booking nos.
  • Drivethe Market share for given SBUs for the zone and share specific market inputsto achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Strategicsales planning – Support and implement strategic direction for effective keyaccount management in the zone
  • Drivethe Channels for the zone and grow the overall Channel business for the zone.
  • Preparemonthly account level rolling sales forecast at monthly, quarterly level.
  • Deliverthe right Revenue mix across SBUs for the zone, leveraging channels – acrossSME /Key large accounts in Industrial space.
  • DevelopNew customers for the zone and grow the share within existing customers in thezone.
  • SBU wise - Implementation of strategies sharedin the ABP, define impact & monitor
