Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage your zonal sales team.
• Drive sales growth through follow-ups and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and motivate your sales team.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of sales and team management experience.
• Proven background in B2B and B2C sales, preferably industrial products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
