Job Summary:

Atif Brothers, a leading tyre trading company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of identifying new business opportunities and contributing to overall business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate Sales & Business Development

· Identify and secure new corporate clients.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the corporate customer base.

· Prepare proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate contracts and terms.

Team Leadership & Target Management

· Lead, motivate, and manage the national sales team to consistently meet assigned targets.

· Set clear KPIs and sales goals for regional managers and sales teams.

· Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize results.

Customer Relationship Management

· Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

· Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to understand evolving needs.

· Ensure prompt handling of inquiries and resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Strategy

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

· Share market insights and customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

· Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales initiatives.

· Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance metrics, including customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Proactive and strategic, with a strong customer-centric approach.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Incentive:

Lucrative performance-based incentive structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales in Trading, Manufacturing, or FMCG sectors: 4 years (Preferred)
