A leading national company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of auto care and lubricant products is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for Central Punjab region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to ensure achievement of shipment volumes, in-market sales, and secondary sales, along with distribution-related KPIs (coverage, hit rate, call frequency).
- Review area/zonal sales performance, market share, sales cycle plans, and other key sales indicators to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets (volumetric and SKU-wise), ensuring availability and visibility of all SKUs at both trade and distributor levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; identify business opportunities, grow sales, and execute merchandising and shelf display initiatives.
- Manage distributor/dealer networks, lead and motivate sales teams, prepare accurate forecasts, design PJP, and ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities.
- Drive expansion into new areas through development of an efficient distributor/dealer network.
- Ensure execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through sales KPIs.
- Provide inspirational leadership by motivating the team, communicating a clear vision, and fostering a coaching-driven culture.
- Utilize market insights and competitor intelligence to proactively identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
