Job Overview:

We are expanding our Lubricant Division and looking to hire a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the Hyderabad region. The objective of this role is to strengthen our distribution network, increase secondary sales, improve market penetration, and achieve zonal sales targets in the automotive and industrial lubricant segments.

The ZSM will be responsible for managing distributors, handling a team of Sales Officers/TSIs, developing new business opportunities, and improving recovery and market coverage across the zone. The focus is on driving volume growth, increasing market share, and building strong dealer and fleet relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
· Develop and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retail networks.
· Execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
· Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and availability in the market.
· Lead, train, and motivate sales team.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–6 years of Lubricant sales experience.
· Strong knowledge of Lubricant distribution channels and retail dynamics.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
