Zone Supervisor

Mission: To deliver a self storage service as a Hotel treats its guests while ensuring the utmost safety and security of your zone.

Responsibilities:

-Welcome and Assist the customer as per The Box procedures

Report all customers complaints to quality control

Follow the process for check in/out/transfer with 100% accuracy in reporting.

-Ownership of all maintenance issues within the zone, from A to Z ensuring jobs are completed on time.

Maintain the facility and units cleanliness

Supervise facilities staff in the assigned zone

-Complete control over the packaging material stock in the assigned zone

Zero Stock Losses

Monitor all client activity

Control zone P&L with frugality, reducing expenses where possible.
