Job Description:

As a Zoom Call Specialist, you will be responsible for handling online meetings with clients, showcasing properties virtually, and supporting the sales team with client interactions. This role requires strong communication, technical expertise, and solid knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual property presentations and client meetings via Zoom
• Provide accurate information on properties, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Maintain professional client communication (spoken & written)
• Ensure smooth technical setup and management of virtual meetings
• Update and manage client interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Presentable and professional demeanor
• Proven experience in handling Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Strong technical knowledge (Zoom, Microsoft Office apps)
• Must be based in Dubai with strong local market knowledge
