Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, the company website, and other marketing channels
- Coordinate and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or general marketing
