On behalf of World famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for Marketing Digital Manager.


Role and responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling social posts
  • Monitoring analytics
  • Crisis Management
  • Engagement on social channels to increase followers
  • Establish relationship with KOL
  • Plan and oversee all paid social campaigns, including partnerships with influencers
  • Conduct social media listening and social media monitoring using appropriate tools.
  • Stay informed about trends and tools in social media, marketing & technology.
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Create, oversee, plan and deliver engaging multimedia content daily across different platforms
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using reliable tools
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and analyse competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
  • Support PR events
  • Monitor platform & web traffic
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews


Skills AND Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
  • Experience in shooting and editing creative videos for Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to present successful commercial promotion cases as proof of capability.
  • Possess insightful understanding of the video preferences of different consumer segments in Egypt, and be able to articulate clear conclusions.
  • Be able to develop long-term collaboration with universities and market research activities as part of daily work
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YOUTUBE AND other social media best practices
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
