We are looking for a professional Amazon and E-Market Places Expert to generate sales, passionate about Beauty and Wellness Industries to join our dynamic team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and maximize sales across Amazon and other online marketplaces, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Continuously monitor and refine online sales strategies to maximize conversions and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Optimize product listings with compelling content writing, images, and keywords to enhance visibility, improve conversion rates, and boost overall sales performance.
- Use 3D design software to create visually engaging product renderings, mockups, and promotional materials for marketplaces and campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to strategically position products for maximum discoverability and relevance in search results.
- Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain brand integrity and avoid any compliance issues.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to improve platform functionality, design, and performance, aligning efforts with sales strategies for optimal results.
- Oversee multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, eBay, Hanooti, Baqalat, Etsy, Carrefour, and Walmart, tailoring strategies to meet the specific needs of each platform.
- Plan and implement targeted advertising and promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms to drive traffic, improve visibility, and increase sales conversions.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce order processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in utilizing AI to streamline processes, analyze trends, and generate innovative solutions for e-commerce operations, marketing, and content creation.
- Strategically manage marketplaces across key regions, including USA, UAE, UK, and Canada, adapting strategies to suit diverse consumer behaviors and market demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon and other marketplaces like Noon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth through strategic marketplace management and optimization.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, including product listing, PPC campaigns, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce product listings.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads) and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to craft and execute targeted campaigns to maximize conversions and drive customer engagement.
- Expertise in managing order fulfillment processes, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce regulations and compliance standards for regions like the USA, UAE, UK, and Canada.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Certifications in Amazon Advertising or other e-commerce tools.
- Google Analytics or other digital marketing certifications.
