The Marketing Content Creator is responsible for developing high-quality digital content that supports brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and marketing campaign objectives. This role focuses on creating AI-generated videos, static creative assets, SEO-driven written content, advertising copy, and visual concepts for digital and social media platforms. The position is also responsible for maintaining the content calendar, supporting campaign messaging, producing 3D mockups and converting them into engaging videos, and using modern creative and AI tools to deliver innovative, consistent, and high-performing marketing content.

Job Description

Content Creation, AI Video Production & Visual Design

• Create high-level AI-generated videos for marketing campaigns, social media, brand awareness, product promotion, and lead generation activities.
• Develop engaging static content including social media posts, digital banners, campaign visuals, product graphics, and promotional creative assets.
• Design and produce 3D mockups, then convert them into professional videos suitable for digital platforms and campaign use.
• Use creative and AI tools such as Canva, Kling AI, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Photoshop, and video editing software to produce innovative content.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, audience needs, and platform requirements.

Content Calendar, SEO Writing & Copywriting

• Maintain and regularly update the marketing content calendar to ensure timely planning, production, approval, and publishing of content.
• Write high-quality SEO content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media captions, and campaign materials to improve visibility and audience engagement.
• Support ad copywriting by preparing clear, persuasive, and performance-oriented copy for paid campaigns, social media ads, and promotional materials.
• Adapt content messaging for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives while maintaining consistency in tone and brand identity.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, sales, and management teams to gather inputs, align priorities, and deliver content according to deadlines.

Creative Quality, Optimization & Brand Support

• Review content performance and audience response to recommend improvements in creative direction, messaging, and content formats.
• Experiment with AI video concepts, visual styles, static layouts, and copy variations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain organized files, templates, creative assets, and project materials for future campaign use and internal reference.
• Stay updated on digital content trends, AI creative tools, video styles, SEO practices, and social media platform requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Content Delivery: Produce approved AI videos, static content, SEO content, and ad copy according to the agreed content calendar and campaign timelines.
• Content Quality: Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, brand consistency, and platform suitability across all content outputs.
• Video Production: Deliver professional AI-generated videos, including videos created from 3D mockups, that support marketing and promotional objectives.
• SEO Contribution: Support improved organic visibility through keyword-focused, well-structured, and engaging written content.
• Content Calendar Accuracy: Keep the content calendar updated with planned, in-progress, approved, and published content.
• Campaign Support: Provide timely content and copywriting support for marketing campaigns, paid ads, and social media activities.

Educational, Skills and Experience:

Required Education and Experience

1. Graduate degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Content Creation, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing content, social media content, video production, or a similar creative role.
3. Hands-on experience creating AI videos, static content, SEO content, ad copy, campaign visuals, and social media assets.
4. Experience in creating 3D mockups and converting them into videos is required.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Canva, Kling AI, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Photoshop, and video editing software.
2. Strong ability to create high-quality AI videos, static content, social media visuals, and promotional creative assets.
3. Good understanding of SEO writing, keyword usage, content structure, and audience-focused copywriting.
4. Ability to write clear and persuasive ad copy for digital campaigns, paid ads, product promotions, and social media advertising.
5. Creative thinking with strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to transform ideas into engaging content.
6. Ability to maintain a content calendar, manage multiple content requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
7. Knowledge of social media platforms, digital content trends, video formats, visual storytelling, and campaign content requirements.
8. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, design, and management teams.

Work Conditions:

• Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday).
• May be required to support urgent campaign launches, content updates, video edits, or time-sensitive social media requirements outside regular working hours when needed.
• Regular coordination with marketing, design, sales, management, and external creative or media partners may be required.
• Role requires regular use of content creation tools, AI platforms, design software, video editing software, and content scheduling resources.
