: Female Manager

Paramount Books is a leading publishing company seeking a Female Manager to lead our School Department. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who promote and distribute our educational content across local schools.

• Female candidate (organizational preference)
• MBA in Marketing, Education, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3–5 years in a team leadership/sales role
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with school academic structure and curriculum needs
• Basic understanding of digital learning platforms and tools
• Ability to travel locally and manage multiple school relationships
