• Supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain site safety rules and enforce compliance.
• Monitor material usage and request materials when required.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Ensure proper installation and finishing as per standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and report major concerns to managemen
