As a Talent Acquisition leader at Datafortune, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by developing innovative recruiting strategies, identifying top talent, and enhancing our employer brand. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align talent acquisition efforts with business goals, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. They must be able to handle a team size of 4-6 TA Specialists (in-house). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience scaling startups, implementing data-driven recruitment systems, and building high-performing teams from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Hiring & Growth Enablement:

Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that enable organizational growth plans.

Develop relationships with hiring managers to identify and meet staffing needs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Driving substantial revenue growth by ensuring the right talent was hired at the right time.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, adapting our approaches to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Process Development & System Implementation:

Create and institutionalize a streamlined recruitment process.

Oversee and lead recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring best practices

Responsible for the recruitment of contract resources through vendor companies for short-term project deployments, ensuring seamless execution of SOW (Statement of Work), NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and MSA (Master Service Agreements) processes.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

Leverage multiple sourcing strategies (job portals, social platforms, referrals, events)

Build a proactive talent pipeline for niche and critical roles

Maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.

Responsible for salary negotiations, develop compensation structures, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience, driving candidate satisfaction and early engagement.
Metrics & Reporting:

Track and analyse key hiring metrics (Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness) to drive data-informed decisions.

Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Present regular hiring reports and insights to leadership and HR partners
High-Impact Leadership Hiring:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for C-suite and leadership roles, including Founders, Cofounders, VPs, and Directors.

Build a robust leadership hiring framework incorporating deep competency mapping, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality executive assessments.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

Collaborate with marketing and HR to drive employer branding initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and engagement activities to attract high-quality candidate

Ensure a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.

Promote the company as an employer of choice through online and offline channels.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance and development.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in startup or fast-growing environments with minimum 2 years of experience in leadership role.

Proven track record in executive hiring and large-scale team expansion

Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS systems

Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and hiring compliance

Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve hiring processes

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
