Description:

A 360 Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing placements. The role requires strong sales ability, communication skills, and relationship-building expertise.

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales (preferred)

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Revenue generation
• Number of placements
• Client acquisition and retention
• Candidate pipeline activity
• Interview-to-placement ratio

Location:

DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Salary:

Rs. 60,000 to 70,000 starting with an increment after reviewing 3 months’ performance. The payment date is 15th of next month. Holiday pay is double for the day.

Shift Timings:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 per month
