HR Manager – Sales & IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager with deep expertise in Sales and IT recruitment to support our fast‑growing organization. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who understands how to attract, evaluate, and retain top‑tier talent in competitive markets. You will oversee full‑cycle hiring, workforce planning, onboarding, and HR operations while partnering closely with leadership to build high‑performing Sales and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition – Sales & IT (Primary Focus)

  •   Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Account Executives, SDRs, IT Engineers, Developers, Analysts, and Technical Support roles.
  •   Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent networks, and referral programs.
  •   Build competency‑based interview frameworks tailored to Sales and IT roles.
  •   Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, role profiles, and performance expectations.
  •   Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality candidates.
  •   Reduce time‑to‑hire and improve candidate quality through optimized hiring processes.
  • HR Operations & Strategy
  •   Oversee onboarding programs that accelerate ramp‑up time for Sales and IT hires.
  •   Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
  •   Support compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and commission structure alignment for Sales roles.
  •   Maintain HR compliance, documentation, and HRIS accuracy.
  •   Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching conversations.
  •   Support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Culture & Retention

  •   Build a strong, inclusive culture that supports high performance and innovation.
  •   Develop retention strategies tailored to Sales and IT teams, including career pathing and skill development.
  •   Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and engagement surveys to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  •   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  •   5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on Sales and/or IT recruitment.
  •   Strong understanding of Sales hiring (SDR, AE, BDM, Account Management) and IT hiring (software, infrastructure, data, support).
  •   Experience in fast‑paced industries such as logistics, tech, SaaS, or transportation is an asset.
  •   Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
  •   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  •   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
