3D Event/Exhibition Designer (Contract)

Position: 3D Designer (Event & Exhibition Visualization)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: 1 Month Contract, On-Site

Aldrich is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. The designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations of upcoming events within actual venue spaces. This role is crucial in helping our clients, partners, and internal teams virtually experience how the event will look before execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs of event layouts within the selected venue.
• Design realistic stage setups, exhibition booths, branding placements, seating arrangements, and signage.
• Work closely with the production and operations team to translate event concepts into accurate 3D visuals.
• Ensure visuals align with venue specifications, floor plans, and safety guidelines.
• Present designs to stakeholders for approval and incorporate feedback into final renderings.
• Deliver high-quality renders within short timelines, ensuring attention to detail and realism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer/3D Visualizer, preferably in events, exhibitions, or architecture.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema4D, Blender, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
• Strong skills in V-Ray/Corona Renderer or other rendering engines for photorealistic output.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production is a plus.
• Ability to interpret 2D layouts, technical drawings, and venue floor plans into accurate 3D environments.
• Solid understanding of lighting, textures, and spatial design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
